Using Multimedia-based programFrom this article i learned about the definition of fluency from some experts that have been paraphrased by the researcher. I can conclude that fluency is considered an important characteristic of foreign language speech for a variety pf reasons that is comparable ti continuity, smoothness, or evenness of speech without any extreme breaks or hesitations.
For now on, the researcher stated that in EFL country give emphasize to reading and writing skill. Since, the people have less space to practice their english in daily life or spontaneous situation. Gosuch (2011, p.5) says that not emphasizing speaking fluency in EFL classes prevent the students to achieve the goal of learning English. In line with previous statement, the researcher also said that if the students have no place to practice their speaking freely and spontaneously in daily life, they may lose their interest in learning. There are 4 component of speaking fluency : 1. Organize the oral production both cognitively and physically 2. Manifest a certain number of hesitations, pauses, and backtracking 3. Using gap-fillers correctly 4. Produce language spontaneously without interlocutors. Since i want to observe the students' speaking fluency level, i use this article for guidance to understand speaking fluency.

Factors affecting students’ speaking performance at le thanh hien high school (vietnam)From this article i learn the factor that affects students’ speaking performance, that are performance conditions, affective factors, listening ability, topical knowledge and feedback during speaking activities.
Knowing the factors that affect the students’ spekaing performance, as a teacher we should also know about the problem that may occur in speaking classroom. While reading this article, i try to recall my experience of learning english in my highschool. I find out that the prblem is almost the same with what i have experienced. Such as, first, inhibition. Afraid making mistakes is the most crucial thingthat occured in my highschool classroom activity. I have a friend, let’s say her name is Bunga. Bunga was always afraid when the day of speaking class is coming. She always felt guilty when the turn of speaking in front of the class is determined randomly by the teacher. She said that she is afraid of making mistakes, feeling discouraged and also afraid of being criticized. Second, difficulties of saying what they want to say in english and having no motivation for expressing themselves. It was very common in classroom. Almost all the students feel like this. The last problem is that the students have different chance to speak. The “star” (the students that have motivation to join English) of the subject will have more chance to speak out because they have conciousness more than the unmotivated students. From this article i know what the students’ problem so that i can place my self, as the teacher, for the students. Hopefully, from my experience, i can solve the students’ problem by making a fun calssroom activity. Shemshadsara, Z. G. (2012). Developing Cultural Awareness in Foreign Language Teaching. TEACHING SPEAKING OF ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONSn the article there are the problem that may occurred in speaking learning process, the way to encourage students to speak up in the class, principles to design the speaking classroom activity techniques, and also the article provide some activity that may center the student’s attention.
From the explanation in the article I find the problem that I felt when I was in the school. I cannot deny that the problem may occurred in all the English classroom. As a country that English is as a foreign language, I think that the students think that learning English is not so important. Moreover, we do not talk in English in real live, we do not get the exposure of the language in daily activity, also there are no interest from the student itself. From the study above I found that the Speaking English classroom activities should involve the student into the activity (student-centered) so that they will have opportunity to speak English in class. We as the English teacher cannot promise that they will have opportunity to practice their English speaking skill outside the class. So that we should make them have the best opportunity in class to express their ability. Singh, M. et al. (2017). An Intercultural Reading Programme (IRP) to Enhance Intercultural Knowledge among Secondary School Students. English Language Teaching, 10 (1), 26-38.
SPEAKING SKILLS PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED BY IRANIAN EFL FRESHMEN AND SENIORS FROM THEIR OWN AND THEIR ENGLISH INSTRUCTORS’ PERSPECTIVESFrom the article I learn some point should be thought if I want to have a research about speaking classroom activities. The first is I found that half of the respondents said that important activities is needed in speaking in order to improve their ability, for example being a speaker in a seminar, joining speech contest and also joining debate competition. The second is that the respondent needs a place to practice their speaking skill outside the speaking-classes so that they can feel the natural condition in practicing speaking. The third is that in learning speaking process they feel that the time is too short and also the facilities should be more varied. The last is that the students are afraid of making mistakes and will be laughed by the other students.
What I think to conduct a fun-speaking learning activities is the condition of the class, I should know how to encourage the student to have self-confidence in delivering talk in English, also I should make them believe that their mistakes will not be a big problem for them as long as they can learn from their fault so they can improve their selves into a better English speaker.
